What we collect
When you visit thehustlearchive.com we collect aggregate analytics data through Google Analytics 4 — page views, referrers, approximate location at the country/region level, browser type, and time on page. This data is used to understand which articles are useful to readers and which need improvement. We do not collect, store, or share data that personally identifies you.
When you join our newsletter, we collect your email address through ConvertKit. Your email is stored on ConvertKit's servers and used solely to send you the newsletter and any free downloads you opted in for. We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses.
When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and for essential site functionality (such as remembering whether you've dismissed our utility bar). You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any of our content.
Third-party services we use
Google Analytics 4 (analytics), ConvertKit (newsletter), Pinterest (analytics tag for Pinterest ads, which we don't currently run but the tag is loaded for future use), Netlify (hosting). Each of these has their own privacy policy that applies to data they collect through our site.
Your rights
If you're in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data-protection rights, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Email hello@thehustlearchive.com with your request and we'll respond within 30 days. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
Children
We don't target our content at anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. Some of our content is appropriate for teenagers (specifically our “teens 13-17” article), and we encourage teen readers to consult a parent or guardian before using methods that involve income reporting or platform sign-ups.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Questions? Contact us.
